What Crypto Jargon is and is not: research and tools, not financial advice. Affiliate disclosure, acceptable use, and the limits of the record we publish.

This is not financial advice

Crypto Jargon publishes research, market data and tools. Nothing on it is a personal recommendation, an offer, or advice about whether any trade suits you. We are not licensed advisers, we do not know your circumstances, and we are not managing your money.

About the record we publish

The signal radar records every call it makes and what price did afterwards, including the ones that lost, and each call's own page shows what it did. We keep that record because a record you can check is the only claim worth making. The full ledger is held back from the site while a new engine is being proven, and it returns once there is enough of it to read. It is still a record of the past, on a sample that is small by the standards of statistics, and it does not tell you what the next call will do.

The data, and where it comes from

Market data is gathered from public sources — exchanges, on-chain nodes, the US Treasury and data providers — and is theirs, not ours. We derive our own numbers from it and can be wrong, through a bug, a stale feed, an outage or a provider changing something without warning. Prices and indicators are provided as they reach us, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and you should verify anything before you act on it.

Accounts

An account is free and opens the full boards, the coin-level reads and the meme tracker. Keep it to yourself — it is for one person, and sharing it is grounds for closing it. We can suspend or close an account that is used to attack the site, to resell what is behind it, or to break these terms. You can delete yours at any time by writing to .

What you may and may not do

You are welcome to read, use the tools, and share links and screenshots with attribution.

Affiliate links, said plainly

We earn commission when someone opens an exchange account through our links, and the fee discounts we negotiate are real and go to you. That is how the site pays for itself while staying free.

YouTube API Services

Crypto Jargon uses YouTube API Services in an internal tool that uploads and schedules videos on its own YouTube channels. Only the channel owner uses it.

Availability

The site runs on hardware we own and is offered as it is. It will sometimes be down, a feed will sometimes be stale, and a tool will sometimes be wrong. We fix what we find and publish what broke, but we do not promise uptime and there is no service level here.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the data on it. You make your own decisions with your own money.

Changes and governing law

These terms change as the site does, and the date at the top moves when they do. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
