About Gram (prev. Toncoin)

The Open Network began as Telegram's own blockchain, was abandoned by Telegram in 2020 after the SEC blocked its token sale, and was carried on by an independent community. Its advantage is distribution: wallets and mini-apps run inside Telegram itself. The token was renamed from Toncoin to Gram.
